In partnership with Pro Enviro, we blend our business success with sustainable practices, setting an example in the warehousing and logistics industry.

Environmental Initiatives

QTS is focused on reducing our environmental impact through these actions:

• Carbon Emission Reduction: With ProEnviro, we monitor and actively decrease our carbon emissions. Since 2021, we have cut our total carbon emissions by 36.63%.
• Renewable Energy Utilisation: Our sites are equipped with solar panels that generate electricity, helping us use less non-renewable energy and decrease our carbon footprint.
• Resource Management: We are boosting our energy efficiency by using advanced monitoring systems to manage and reduce energy waste, aiming to meet the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) for responsible consumption.

Social Sustainability Efforts

At QTS, social responsibility is a vital part of our approach to sustainability. We are committed to enhancing social sustainability through these important actions:

• Fair and Equal Pay: We ensure that all employees are paid more than the National Minimum Wage, supporting fairness and equality in our team.
• Workplace Well-being: We prioritise the health and safety of our staff by offering thorough training and maintaining the highest safety standards in our work environment.

Future Sustainability Goals

QTS is committed to continuing our sustainability efforts with clear future objectives:

• Net-Zero Emissions by 2045: Aligned with the Paris Climate Agreement, we aim to cut Scope 1 and 2 greenhouse gas emissions completely by 2040 and reduce Scope 3 emissions by 90% by 2045.
• Energy Efficiency: We plan to implement an Automated Monitoring and Targeting (aM&T) system to improve energy management, ensuring resources are used efficiently and waste is minimised.
• Enhancing Community and Employee Engagement: We will continue expanding our community initiatives and improving our practices to engage employees, fostering a supportive and inclusive work environment.
